The PX5000 model features an automatic magazine and a pusher feeding system for profiles up to 7.000 mm (optional 9.000 mm), equipped with a numerically controlled clamping gripper. This allows the feeder to return to its initial position after each cycle, enabling the loader to prepare the next profile continuously and automatically.

The central area of the machine houses two distinct operating modules: a milling module and a 5-axis cutting module. The 4-axis CNC milling module is equipped with six electrospindles, allowing complex machining operations along the entire perimeter of the piece, regardless of its orientation.
The 5-axis cutting module features a Ø 550 mm blade, capable of performing cuts at any angle. Thanks to full 5-axis control, both descending and frontal cuts can be executed with a single blade, optimizing the work cycle and clearing the lower area of the machine for easier scrap discharge.

The system is completed by an automatic extractor for transferring cut pieces to the unloading magazine, and a cross belt storage system capable of handling workpieces up to 4.000 mm in length (optional 7.000 mm). The entire central operating area is enclosed within a soundproof cabin, designed to ensure operator safety and reduce noise emissions in the work environment.
