The machine consists of a fixed cutting unit on the left side and
a movable cutting unit on the right side, both CNC-controlled to ensure rapid movements and extremely accurate positioning. The hydro-pneumatic blade feed system provides smooth operation and consistently high cutting quality, even during the most demanding production cycles.

The electronic tilting of the cutting units from 90° to 45° inward, combined with electronic rotation from 22.5° outward to 45° inward, enables the easy execution of complex compound cuts. The CNC control system, featuring a 15.6” touchscreen monitor and Windows 11 operating system, offers intuitive operation management and complete control of production cycles. The remote-control console further enhances ergonomics and ease of use.

The machine is equipped with automatic timed lubrication, horizontal and vertical pneumatic profile clamping, adjustable blade stroke, and provision for chip extraction, ensuring reliability and long service life.
The standard equipment is completed by profile support roller conveyors and descending pneumatic front safety guards, providing maximum operator protection.

A wide range of optional accessories allows the machine configuration to be tailored to specific production requirements, increasing automation, productivity, and overall efficiency.
